On October 18, the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Cultural Week officially kicked off as a key component of the 24th China Shanghai International Arts Festival (CSIAF).
Massimo Mercelli, President and Artistic Director of Emilia Romagna Festival, found the event a powerful spur to creativity and a space where new relationships are forged. Immersed in fresh experiences and alive to every opportunity for connection, Mercelli showed openness to Chinese art forms and fell in love with Kunqu during the festival.
